Our Urban Heatwave Boxing combines high-intensity training with an amazing community under the open sky. Whether you are a beginner or advanced – everyone is welcome!

Boxing Training: Learn the right techniques, punches, and footwork.
Circuit Training: Take your endurance and strength to the next level.
Partner Work: Train together, motivate each other, and grow as a team.
Stretching & Yoga: The perfect cooldown to help your body recover and stay flexible.
Sportswear (it’s best to come directly in your workout gear)
Equipment: Feel free to bring your own boxing gloves, mouthguard, and hand wraps (if you have them).
