Our Urban Heatwave Boxing combines boxing training, functional fitness and a strong community in the open air. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced participant – everyone is welcome here.
Boxing training & pad work
Learn the basics of boxing, improve your punching technique, footwork and reaction speed.
HYROX-inspired fitness circuit
Take your endurance and strength to the next level with stations such as:
• Sled push
• Burpee broad jumps
• Rowing
• Farmers’ carry
• Sandbag lunges
• Wall balls
• Running intervals
Sparring & partner work
Train with other participants, gain practical experience and push each other to new personal bests.
Stretching & Yoga
To finish off, mobility, stretching and yoga elements ensure recovery, flexibility and a relaxed end to the session.
What do you need to bring?
• Sports gear (ideally turn up already in your training outfit)
• Your own boxing gloves, wraps and mouthguard (if you have them)
