Are you ready to feel the city heat and completely power out? Then catch the ultimate summer vibes every Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and join us as we push our limits, sweat it out, and grow together!

Our Urban Heatwave Boxing combines high-intensity training with an amazing community under the open sky. Whether you are a beginner or advanced – everyone is welcome!

What to Expect

We’ve put together a diverse program to get you in top shape for the summer:

  • Boxing Training: Learn the right techniques, punches, and footwork.

  • Circuit Training: Take your endurance and strength to the next level.

  • Partner Work: Train together, motivate each other, and grow as a team.

  • Stretching & Yoga: The perfect cooldown to help your body recover and stay flexible.

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • Sportswear (it’s best to come directly in your workout gear)

  • Equipment: Feel free to bring your own boxing gloves, mouthguard, and hand wraps (if you have them).
